Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

  • 2 fresh buffalo mozzarella (260g), torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


  1. Arrange cheese and tomatoes on serving platter and top with basil.
  2. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
