Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot
- 1 cup SR flour
Method
- Cream butter and sugar untill light and fluffy
- Add egg and honey and then flours and mix together untill it is combined.
- Roll in to balls and using the end of a wooden spoon make dints in top of each cookie then fill with jam.
- Bake for 10-12 mins at 180°C
