INGREDIENTS
- 2 fresh buffalo mozzarella (260g), torn into bite-sized pieces
 - 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 
METHOD
- Arrange cheese and tomatoes on serving platter and top with basil.
 - Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
