Shannon’s Nans Jam Drops

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 1 cup SR flour

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar untill light and fluffy
  2. Add egg and honey and then flours and mix together untill it is combined.
  3. Roll in to balls and using the end of a wooden spoon make dints in top of each cookie then fill with jam.
  4. Bake for 10-12 mins at 180°C
